On the Gianni's trip to Costa Rica with EF tours, in April 2007, our group went through a series of awesome, and crazy events.
One of them, I remember so clearly in my mind, was when the tour bus, broke down on the side of the road.
That was sort of exciting, but terribly torturous.
First off, the weather on that side of Costa Rica, was EXTREMELY HOT!! so hot! Dude, the sun was killing us. The bus was broken, so the air conditioning of course, didn't work. ):
Our group was stuck out there, in the burning heat, for like an hour.
The worst part was, we were on the edge of a beautiful beach. The worst part? your probably asking. Yeah, the worst part!
You see, we couldn't even go near the shore, because supposively the undertow current was so strong. it was too dangerous to climb down the cliff to get to it anyways.
In the end,the bus started up again, but the air conditioning didn't work! LoL
It was torture.
Me and Hannah and Ella ran so fast to the pool when we got to the next hotel! It started pouring rain and felt sooooo good!
it rocked.

That would SUCK! It gets hot around the Island but in Costa Rica it is probably twice or three times the heat. Sorry you lost your beloved air conditioning!!!! :) Did you have water? It sounds like you had fun at the end of the day though because you got to go swimming in the pool. See you later! Psout!!!!

I loved this entry because i was there and it was a lot of fun! Well the broken down bus wasn't that fun because it was very hot! But i like how you descibed this. Good detail. Are you going on the next trip? Costa Rica was lots of fun! Keep posting good blogs!

That must suck getting stuck in the heat like that. I've had that happen to me in Hawwie. I like this because i can relate to it. (=
